This is a 1 hour class geared towards anyone that wants to feel and move better in their body. Each class we will do some self fascial release to two body parts or muscle groups using foam rollers, lacrosse balls, or equivalent. The majority of the class will be working on different concepts to gain knowledge and insight as to how to gain more range of motion such as:

  • How to use your breath
  • How to create a warm up sequence
  • Stretching with weights
  • Using props
  • Focused lessons on:
    • front splits
    • middle splits
    • pancake
    • shoulders

Pre-requisites:

There are NO pre-requisites for this class. This class will cover all of the basic education you need to build a solid foundation for your flexibility practice. You will find out that each time you take the course you will understand something new. The more you can incorporate the concepts you learn into other classes, the better you will understand the material. So be sure to pair this class with an other flexibility or stretch class.
